bad result for the reds but hey ho what a great goalkeeper real madrid have!
man of the match!..we threw everything at this guy but the kitchen sink.Not to be on this occasion.

on a sadder note,,,,,,was the disgraceful behavior of the french police outside the stadium in paris.The kick off was delayed because of the following...Many reporters and media outlets witnessed them tear gassing fans,women and children included, who were waiting patiently in line,and behaving properly without causing any trouble... to get into the stadium, some for over 2 hours!..the guys on the gate were asking to see their passports and generally acting very negatively towards the liverpool fans who has tickets ?..many false rumours have been put out by the french media that fans without tickets started trouble ?..This is lies and nonsense as it was witnessed by reporters & Media who were also peppered sprayed by the police for no reason!..so the truth has been reported to the dismay of the french!..I find this action and behaviour appalling by the french police and stadium authorities and inexcusable..Moxy my friend(whom you may know on here ?) and helper on my blog was there and said the police just waded into the fans with batons and teargas,pepper spray for no reason? Even Gary Linaker the ex footballer and tv pundit was attacked and could not get in to do his job ?...have the french lost the plot ??? at the end of the day this was a sporting occasion not for people to vet their dislike of a nations supporters..hang your heads in shame France...Sorry i am so upset and angry about this i had to tell the facts..Not a good day for Anglo/French relations.
