Continuing from yesterday. Bill, I have changed the setting in MediaHuman to 320 but the output was still 192. Makes sense if YouTube itself is 192. I was so focused on output that I never considered what the rate of input was, duh. lol
Even with both MediaHuman and Audacity producing 192, the Audacity files sound terrible. I'll just continue what I had been doing - using MediaHuman to download and Audacity to edit.

switch driver from NME to WASPI, then select Speaker/Headphone as output, put volume at med-high (60-75ish). should record perfectly
Thanks for the Sun City Girls. I saw them several times in the early 80s in and around Tempe, when I was in college. I had several cassettes from Zia Records on Mill Ave that are now long gone. Definitely good to hear them again.
