Das heutige VIDEO: Ein tolles Zeitdokument, RYP. Man sieht den Visuals ihre 60 (!) US-Jahre inzwischen deutlich an – das schadet keinesfalls dem Geniestreich dieser Single. „Little Girl“ war und bleibt einer meiner ewigen Top 10 Lebenstracks, die auf- und absteigende Jingle-Triller-Gitarre sowieso, mit 14 wird man durch sowas eben geprägt für den Rest. Und ich höre hier immer parallel einen anderen ewigen Begleiter aus genau demselben Jahr: Dutroncs „Et moi Et Moi Et moi“. Noch reduzierter, Punk vor Punk, allesamt böse Buben in sauberen Anzügen. Und nur ein Jahrzehnt später kommt ähnlich und ähnlich inspiriert Iggy’s Passenger um die Ecke, kurz darauf vorangeschubst von den noch rabiateren Ramones (längst schon nicht mehr im Anzug) etc. pp. Danke für die Zeitreise & Best, TC
