It's Arno Nyms Experimental CD-R Cardboard Box, Volume 2
--------------------------------------------------------------
Glad (some of) you liked may first post (yesterday) and so here are the next three discs from my “... old cardboard box filled with lots of CD-Rs by small European experimental projects and Post-/Kraut-/Whateverrock bands”…
1. Dagora - Winter Tour 2011 CD-R (“Brown Album”) (2011)
Dagora were “two drummers and one madman with a suitcase of self made electrical goods” from Amsterdam /The Netherlands, part of a “now free art and music collective“. I bought this CD-R at one of their shows in 2011 under the title “Dark Goats of the Rainbow” but apparently they later named it “The Brown Album” on their Bandcamp page…

LINK: https://drive.proton.me/urls/NDDT7G6NP8#UdoChp9krQkf
2. Duncan Pinhas - Horizons Voilés CD-R (2006-2008)
Duncan is the son of Richard Pinhas (founder of the french experimental electronc rock group HELDON) who explores similar paths here with long spheric guitar drone improvisations…

LINK: https://drive.proton.me/urls/ET4YEMM98M#lVWo0jxcpt4F
3. Per Svensson & Duncan Nilsson - Eye Of The Storm CD-(2011)
A long sound performance piece consisting mainly of sounds and field recordings without any guitar sounds (maybe that’s why Duncan Pinhas is listed here as Duncan Nilsson?). it’s just one 35-minute track on the CD-R which doesn’t seem to be the same version as the one on his Bandcamp page (I hadn’t the time to compare though)…

ARNO NYM
Thanks very much, Arnos. Looking forward to your next drop(s)!
As ever, my gratitude and thanks for the great tunes, zigzagwanderer. Nicely!
Smashing stuff, Captain. Thanks for today's RITs.
Me guess something gone wrong, link not available
Works for me .
Thanks, didn't have the live one yet!
In 2000 Ibrahima Sylla released 'Hommage À Demba Camara' that contained the 13 tracks of 44 and 65 but included another 3 tracks, one of which is as far as I know, never on any other Bembeya release... If you hear it can you understand why, more of a hilife/calypso entitled 'Whisky Soda'.
Beautimus HANX! Searnav!!!
HANX!! Masaccio of Gonzo you are really serving up some fine stuff!!! Have a nice weekend V

A small Abdullah Ibrahim {Dollar Brand} memoriam, geared more towards those unfamiliar with his work than those who know all too well. Each of these are good places to start, stick a toe in as it were; Dollar Brand - Duke Ellington Presents The Dollar Brand Trio [mainstream jazz, 1963] / Dollar Brand - Anatomy Of A South African Village [1965] / Dollar Brand - Cape Town Fringe [more Africana flavored, 1974] / Abdullah Ibrahim - Banyana/Children of Africa [Eastern/Islamic/South African spiritual; Enja, 1973] All @320 in one folder. If you like what you hear, no doubt lossless versions can be found for those who insist on that sort of thing. Hoping these will find appreciative hearts and ears. https://www.imagenetz.de/kBYyf
Thank you! I’m realizing just how much I have to share. The more the merrier!!!
If you want to annoy me, say so clearly and don't post the same 6-CD box set a second time; I really don't care whether the link comes from you or someone else. What matters is: due to the rules that apply here, I have deleted your post. Please read the text below the video on the main page: (NO ALBUMS OR BOOKS RELEASED IN 2024 AND AFTER, AND A DAILY LIMIT OF 3 ALBUMS OR BOOKS) Thanks!
Rev B Thank you for your kindness to post this in memoriam.
These are 4 albums. Due to the rules you should post not 4 albums but 3 per day.
Thanks for the post. Sorry for the trouble!
Cheers,
Mike M
@ Anon; OUCH! You're exactly right, Enthusiasm for the music blinded my to the rules of the game requested here. My apologies to all. If the powers that be delete my post, I’ll be happy to re-up in 3+1 folders over two days upon request.
Okay, rev.b, please remember our rules next time!
YNWA
@ RYP, Will do. Sorry for the FU.
