We have a first entry each day that is a picture or a video, and only in that entry you can place your music links and requests (NO ALBUMS RELEASED IN 2021 AND AFTER, AND A DAILY LIMIT OF 3 ALBUMS AND NO REQUESTS FOR FLAC OR OTHER LOSSLESS, IF YOU WANT FLAC, BUY THE ALBUM)! Here you can say what you like, unless it's offensive, racist or discriminatory! Please keep your language polite and respectful.
All other official posts will only allow comments related to the official posts and such. That way it will keep things much more organized and tidy.
Enjoy! RYP and Gyro1966 and Gaius R.I.P.

Various Artists – Kralingen
Wild Thing Records 0110-0220-0330-0440-0550-0660 (The Netherlands 1971)
“Deze drie platen kosten samen vijftien gulden” (These three records together cost fifteen guilders)
Triple vinyl LP
Audience recordings
This is not the complete festival but it has many tracks not on the official and bootleg vinyl LPs, CDs, VHS and DVD releases.
The Holland Pop Festival / Stamping Ground Festival (often called “The Dutch Woodstock”)
(in Kralingse Bos, Kralingen, Rotterdam, The Netherlands) was held from Friday June 26 until the early morning of Monday June 29, 1970.
The complete program was as follows:
Friday:
It's A Beautiful Day - Jefferson Airplane - Stone The Crows - Santana - The Flock - Canned Heat - Hot Tuna - Pentangle - Quintessence - East Of Eden (billed but didn’t perform)
Saturday:
The Byrds - Family - Dr. John The Night Tripper - Country Joe McDonald - Tyrannosaurus Rex - Renaissance (billed but didn’t perform) - Third Ear Band - Al Stewart - Supersister - CCC Folk & Blues Inc.
Sunday:
Mungo Jerry - Art Ensemble Of Chicago - John Surman - Han Bennink - Caravan - Fairport Convention - Fotheringay - Soft Machine - Pink Floyd
Several Dutch bands (including Ekseption, Focus and The Oscar Benton Blues Band) also performed, on a smaller stage in the vicinity.
The track listing hereunder is based on what’s mentioned at Discogs, but it has omissions and errors, which I have corrected to the best of my knowledge. More info welcome, including for track A1 which I think is NOT by Hot Tuna.

Bill Mumy
Charles William Mumy Jr. (born February 1, 1954[2]) is an American actor, writer, and musician and a figure in the science-fiction community/comic book fandom. He came to prominence in the 1960s as a child actor, whose work included television appearances on Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, The Twilight Zone, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, and a role in the film Dear Brigitte, followed by a three-season role as Will Robinson in the 1960s CBS sci-fi series Lost in Space.
Mumy later appeared as lonely teenager Sterling North in the Disney film Rascal (1969) and Teft in the film Bless the Beasts and Children (1971).
In the 1990s, Mumy performed the role of Lennier in all five seasons of the syndicated sci-fi TV series Babylon 5 and narrated A&E Network's Emmy Award-winning series Biography.
Mumy is also known for his musical career as a guitarist, singer, songwriter and composer: he is an Emmy nominee for original music in Adventures in Wonderland (1992). As a musician Mumy performs as a solo artist, an occasional guest performer, and as half of the duo Barnes & Barnes.

As I posted albums by her son and by her daughter a few weeks ago, and as I seem to be making a mini-series of 'wives' it seems right to feature LINDA THOMPSON.
Her first 3 solo albums (before she lost her ability to sing and after she regained it.
More to come.

Thank you for all the rare and obscure Gene Parsons/Byrds items over the last few weeks. You have some great people posting stuff. I wondered if anyone has Le Rue/ Pierre Le Rue from Cambridge Folk Festival 1988 ? I know it exists on a BBc transcription disc. They were a really exciting band of this perion . I have three Le Rue official albums and two Pierre solo efforts also the Andy Kershaw sessions. THanks if anyone can help . Also Chris Hillman's digital only release Old Rocking Chair ?
Many thanks wally k for
