There is some nice Blues and R&B on todays upload on some rare labels as well as some more familiar ones

Rare R&B Honkers - 3 Volumes. This series name is misleading. It's not 3+ hours of screaming saxes, which would make you want to jump out the window. The music is much more varied and well balanced. For track listing see bottom link.

Thanks in advance.
OREGON, OREGON
This is a Stan Freberg album made for the Oregon bicentennial, not many produced. Stan speaks of Henry Weinhard of Blitz-Weinhard brewery where my father was employed as the General Sales Manager, so it might be the way I got the album. There are two sides, the first is the comedy side, the other just the songs. I hope you all enjoy it as I did.

@Aaron Vincent (yesterday) 'German hattrick' + Krautrock
Don't need to discuss personal taste... and Amon Düül II + 'Kanaan' is really great and overwhelming by regarding the fact that it was published on 'Phallus Dei' in '69. Meanwhile the Germans had have more than 50 years of playing music to top this and I think, a few have done.
The Live Video, you linked on youtube, has relatively poor sound quality. Maybe you better listen to the album version:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LP6ZUnY7Nf8
I have the early Kraftwerk albums (I, II and Ralf and Florian and the pre-Kraftwerk 'Organisation'), tell me, when in need.
@Clash - many thanks for the Wardell Quezergue compilation, a/k/a the Creole Beethoven.
Thanks to @tads44 for The Cronological posts, very nice work.
Jorma
And for you who can't get enough of 70's Hard Rock:
Scorpions "Live Swiss TV 1977"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K94wih-P9Tg
Blue Öyster Cult "Live in Washington 1976"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWGHLEFJEJ0
Kiss "Cobo Hall Januari 1976" (probably the best Kiss performance ever filmed)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEGU8Do-nL0
Does anybody knows why Uli John Roth left Scorpions?
@ tads44
Just want to let you know that I am still collecting them all - over 100 now! Thanks.
@ wallyk
Thanks for the continuing flow of (mainly) 40's R&B. Wonderful stuff.
@ Little Boy Blue
Another 60's blues label I wasn't aware of - thanks.
Thanks to everyone that shared their methods of playing all our music! So many choices. Also wondering how they're taking separate MP3s and combining them into stand alone continuous, playable files, instead of burning them into CDs with a program like I've been doing for years.
I appreciate your time and advice! Also, thanks for allowing this discussion here!

Two more days of killer R&B
Soul Papa
You plug in your empty memory stick into you computor. It should appear on your desktop. You open itunes or which ever music player you use. Then find the song you want to add onto the memory stick, to play in you car. Then Right click to "show in finder" . Once you have found the mp3 Flac wav etc, you highlight it & drag it onto the memory stick. repeat till you have all the songs you want to play in your car. Then eject the memory stick. Plug it into your cars usb port. Turn on you radio go to settings select media. Select the usb stick (You can name each memory stick on your computor to suit your playlist Say rockabilly Northern soul or soulpapa music) You can then play all the songs in order or have it shuffle the music. You can even turn on alexa & tell her which song to play as you drive.
Basically the same way you make a folder onto your desktop & right click "Show In Folder" to copy the mp3 into the folder to uplaod to share a playlist on twighlight zone.

yes please as you have time. maybe a couple every sunday?
" Also wondering how they're taking separate MP3s and combining them into stand alone continuous, playable files, instead of burning them into CDs with a program like I've been doing for years. "
Sorry forgot to say that is obsolete as your car player does it for you. You just turn on the radio select your memory stick full of your music instead of the radio. It then plays all the seperate songs in the order you choice artist song title random shuffle. you no longer have to click on the next song as the one before finishes.
Burney, thanks for Got Troubles!
@Burney!
Thanks a million for the Leela James stuff. Greatly appreciated!
